Different methods have been applied in order to determine the ionic assignment of spectral lines. Several techniques have been developed: from classical methods, where excitation energy is increased to observe the emitted radiation from consecutive ions [1] - [7] , to the more recent ones, like the determination of energy level lifetimes (8) or plasma electronic density measurements (9) . All of these methods must be considered as complementary and, due to that reason, the results cannot be derived
a priori in opposition to experimental data or interpretation....

Normal visual function requires specific connections between the retina and the visual centers. Connections arise after migration of the optic axons to the brain; however, the biological basis of their specificity are mostly unknown. Som9 of the postulated mechanisms require a recognition between axons and brain neurons, whereas others depend on the maintenance of a retinotopic order along the optic pathways.

Recently Petit
et al.published a paper devoted to a high-resolution spectroscopy study of the 0-0 laser band in the Second Positive System of molecular nitrogen and explaining the optical gain formation on its different branches. All the results by Petit
et al. are equivalent to those previously published by Massone
et al.and are in accordance with theoretical predictions reported by Tocho
et al.Summarizing, we would comment as follows....
