En este trabajo intentaremos analizar algunos cambios que se han dado en las últimas décadas dentro del Poder Judicial. Para ello pondremos en relación ideas como las de incomprensión, desigualdad, declive institucional, tilinguería y cinismo judicial. En este sentido, buscaremos evitar razonamientos simplistas sobre las lógicas que actualmente estructuran parte del funcionamiento cotidiano de los tribunales en épocas de pasiones tristes.

In this paper, we will attempt to analyze some of the changes that have occurred within the judiciary in recent decades. To do so, we will examine concepts such as misunderstanding, inequality, institutional decline, intellectual ineptitude, and judicial cynicism. In this regard, we will seek to avoid simplistic reasoning about the underlying dynamics that currently shape part of the daily functioning of the courts in periods of sad passions.
