Rubén Darío es, sin lugar a dudas, una figura central para el modernismo hispanoamericano. De entre sus diversas producciones, sus cuentos representan una de las áreas menos explora-das por la crítica. En el presente artículo abordaremos la bibliografía vinculada al tema con el objetivo de ofrecer un panorama que sistematice las contribuciones más significativas de los estudiosos de la cuentística dariana.

Rubén Darío is, without a doubt, a central figure in Spanish-American modernism. Among his diverse productions, his short stories represent one of the areas least explored by critics. In this article we will address the bibliography on the subject with the aim of offering an overview that systematises the most significant contributions of scholars of Darío’s short stories.
