En el presente artículo busco analizar los entramados de políticas públicas, actores y prácticas que se establecen entre un grupo de emprendedoras asociativas textiles de Moreno y el Estado local. Este grupo de emprendedoras forman parte de diversos espacios de comercialización, producción, organizaciones sociales y ferias de Moreno. En el marco de esta investigación, observé que este grupo establece vínculos estrechos y estables con el Instituto Municipal de Desarrollo Local. Por ello, en este artículo enfatizo en los entramados que se establecen entre política pública, Estado local y este grupo de emprendedoras asociativas. El trabajo que presento aquí se basa en una investigación cualitativa donde utilicé diferentes técnicas tales como el análisis documental, la observación participante y una serie de entrevistas en profundidad realizadas a emprendedoras asociativas de Moreno e informantes claves de la localidad. Entre los resultados destaco que el municipio, a través de la Instituto Municipal de Desarrollo Local se configura como un espacio local de gestión mediando entre procesos macro y micro, configurando parte de los procesos de trabajo y exhibiendo una performatividad en la vida y la producción de las emprendedoras asociativas textiles.

In this article I seek to analyze the frameworks of public policies, actors and practices that are established between a group of textile associative entrepreneurs from Moreno and the local State. This group of entrepreneurs are part of various marketing, production, social organizations and fairs in Moreno. Within the framework of this investigation, I observed that this group establishes close and stable links with the Municipal Institute of Local Development. Therefore, in this article I emphasize the frameworks that are established between public policy, the local State and this group of associative entrepreneurs. The work that I present here is based on qualitative research where I used different techniques such as documentary analysis, participant observation and a series of in-depth interviews carried out with associative entrepreneurs from Moreno and key informants from the town. Among the results, I highlight that the municipality, through the Municipal Institute of Local Development, is configured as a local management space mediating between macro and micro processes, configuring part of the work processes and exhibiting performativity in the life and production of textile associative entrepreneurs.
